How to use iziSurvey with mobile Android App to collect data offline?

Of course there are other companies who offer offline survey tools, but we are certain that iziSurvey software experience is far ahead with advanced features, simplicity and distinguished client care. To start, please follow these guidelines (you can also view this in graphical format here - offline survey how to ): Once on our iziSurvey website, on the top right corner of the screen, on our menu, click Register and that is the first step to joining iziSurvey. In addition to your email, you will need to fill out your first and last name, as well as a username and password and you will be taken to the dashboard page, where you can create one survey for FREE for the first month. After entering the management dashboard side of the platform, you will notice a high level summary of all of your surveys including but not limited to an account summary graph, number of surveys, number of active surveys, a copy from existing survey feature, and much more. At this point you can begin creating your first survey by clicking the Add Survey button on the bottom left of the screen. Once the Add Survey button is clicked, you will have the option to name your survey and add a survey description. Click Create after naming your survey and you will be taken to the Question Creating Wizard page where you have the option to choose questions types, and apply conditional, random, or image attributes to questions. There are many questions types to choose from, starting with open ended (text), one answer (radio), multiple answer selection (check box), percentage, signature, numeric (with lower and upper limit validation), email (validated when entered), and many more question types. Once you are done with your questions and the survey is complete, you will be taken to a user friendly dashboard with various options; editing, activating offline, activating websurvey, completely deleting the survey etc. Now that the survey has been completed and activated, go to Google Play store with your Android device and download our free application. Once the app is downloaded and installed, use the same credentials you used on our web platform to login to the application. Once logged in, you can download the survey and start gathering data. The android device, with iziSurvey app installed and the survey downloaded, can now be used to gather data even without internet connection (offline). It will collect GPS location as well, when available, for later on reporting. At a time of internet connection availability you will have to login through iziSurvey mobile app software, and click on the Survey Management to upload the data to www.iziSurvey.com . Charts and reporting are other great features that allow you to analyze your data in more detail. Charts, have filtering options (once in the charts section, click on any answer and the filter options automatically comes up - *filter not applicable to all question types*). Whereas reporting can be done by exporting data in three formats:

(1) standard in excel format,
(2) advanced report (where questions and answers are pre-coded and with variables), and
(3) CSV file that can be used to import data to a statistical software such as SPSS and others. Last but not least, iziSurvey has Random Digit Dialing technology integrated.
