With iziSurvey you can create questions that are “Checkbox” type - by that we mean there is a list of options that a user can select (tick the box) one or more answers as a response.
This is an excellent question type for the cases where there are answers that can have more than one response. Which, depending on the survey type, it may be very often. “CheckBox Open” as we coined its name, is meant to imply the same as the “Checkbox” but with something extra; an additional option at the end - we added an “other” option. This allows the responded to select the last answer as option to enter his/her own text.
