How to use our iziSurvey App

Let’s say that while searching in the Google Play store you came across the iziSurvey app and decided to download it. Once installed, however, it automatically took you to the log in page, where you were not able to log in since you didn’t have an account yet. So the question is, how do you register and what do you need the app for? First, in order to register you need to go to our iziSurvey website where you will see Register in the top right corner of the page. Here you will have to provide your account details such as name and surname, username, password and your email address. Once you have created an account you will be taken to the dashboard page where you can create a free of charge survey for one month. Also, this user-friendly page will show you a summary of your account such as the number of surveys created (both active and inactive), number of responses per survey received as well as the number of sub-users. At the left bottom of the screen you will see the Add Survey button, which is the first step of creating a survey. Once you have named and have provided a short description of your survey, you have to click on the Create button, which will take you to the Question Creating Wizard, a feature that enables you to chose from a wide range of question types. After you have carefully selected your questions and have finished creating your survey, you will be taken to the dashboard where you can edit, activate offline or websurvey and/or delete the survey. In order for you to collect data offline using your Android device however, you will have to activate the offline survey that will allow you to synchronize it with your mobile device. Finally, you can now log in to the iziSurvey app in your Android device using the same credentials you used when creating your account and start your journey of offline surveying.
